Do you have a studio?At this time, I only do sessions outdoor or on-location. If you would like to shoot in a studio space that requires a rental fee, the price will be added to your overall price quote.

Why should I advertise my business on social media?Marketing on social media exposes your business to a wider demographic of people who wouldn’t normally come across a traditional brick and mortar locations. Read more on our ”Resources” tab.

How should I prepare for my content day?Come camera ready! Consider how many outfits you will be wear during the shoot. Do your clothes make you feel comfortable? Have you practiced your poses? Have you rehearsed your scripts? Do you need to bring any props to enforce your brand’s image?

When do I receive my content?Photography Services - Up To 2 Weeks Videography Services - Up To 4 Weeks Wedding Videos - Up to 12 weeks Reels- Up to 4 weeks Once the final payment has been received, your digital images, videos are released for download.

Where can you use the video content Routz Creative Services Create for you?All social handles including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc. and your website, blog... but let us know where you plan to use the video. Video conversion metrics differ from platform to platform and Routz Creative Services can send you multiple video files of the same film for separate platforms.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy:A Non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all videography + photography services. Cancellations/ rescheduling are allowed with 24-hour notice, and 48 hours notice for travel shoots. In the case of no show events, you will be charged 100% of your service and will be banned from rebooking.
